What’s going to be at the show?
Heaford have the widest range of mounting and proofing products in the market covering flexo, gravure and other specialist applications.
Presented on the Heaford stand, we are showcasing a selection of equipment focused at the flexibles and label markets designed to enhance your pre-press workflow and allow you to optimise press productivity.
This includes our brand new ‘ModularMount’ plate mounter range “the mounter that grows with your business” which has been designed based on our hugely successful 2CS range for flexible packaging. On the stand we will also be showcasing our award-winning FTS narrow web mounter, ‘the fastest mounter in the world’.
Launching at the show will be a new FTS model designed specifically for the ‘mid web’ flexibles sector. Additionally, we will have a wide range of customisable options to allow you to tailor your mounter for optimum efficiency.
During the show our dedicated team of experts will demonstrate our wider range including solutions for gravure, corrugated, hybrid and special applications.

What plate mounters will Heaford be displaying at drupa in Dusseldorf?
We will be showcasing our ‘ModularMount’ range for flexible packaging and FTS models for narrow and mid-web, along with a wide range of customisable options including tape application, cutting and sleeve measurement.
Can I bring my own plates to try on your mounters?
Yes, as long as they don’t exceed the maximum repeat or width of the sleeves & cylinders fitted to the mounters on display.
We would encourage you to ‘get hands on’ and mount plates on our mounters while you’re at the show.
Do you speak other languages on the stand?
Yes – we speak fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese on the stand but also several other languages as many of our international agents will also be present.
Do you have plate mounters that also print a proof of the mounted plates/jobs?
Yes – although these will not be displayed on the stand, we do manufacture mounter proofers as well as full web flexographic proof presses. Our International Sales Managers can help you on the stand and explain this range in more detail.
I already have a Heaford plate mounter, can I modernise it or add any options to help my operators in their work flow?
Yes, come to our stand and we can explain digital vision upgrades and a multitude of options that may help you improve productivity in your pre-press department.
